A zero-to-one workplace wellness and employee-benefits platform. I co-developed the product vision and owned the complete brand and design system, then designed the employee mobile app and employer administration experience — biometric insights, personalized recommendations, service booking and incentive programs — and built the initial React Native front end.

A B2B2C fintech platform combining employee financial wellness, payroll-based automation and neobanking. As co-founder and head of engineering I owned brand and product design direction, designed and built nearly all front-end experiences, led front-end architecture and managed junior developers. Supported 14 partner pilots and seven signed contracts representing roughly 135,000 potential users.

What I do

One continuous process

Not a handoff between a designer and a developer. The same person carries the decision from discovery to production.

I do not stop at handing off a design. I work through interaction details, technical constraints, responsive behaviour, production implementation, testing, and iteration.

In design
Decisions are made knowing what they cost to build. A layout that needs a virtualized list gets designed as one.
In code
Components carry the system rather than approximate it. Spacing, states and motion match the intent because the same person set both.
In delivery
Edge cases, empty states, error handling and permissions get resolved during implementation, not deferred to a follow-up ticket.

How I got here

I trained as an interior designer, which is where I learned to think about how people move through a space and what a system of parts has to hold up under.

A full-stack immersive moved that thinking to the web. Product design and front-end roles followed — real estate, e-commerce, an employer-discovery startup — then five years co-founding a fintech company where I owned design and led the front end through pre-launch.

Since 2024 I have been consulting on health-tech and workplace wellness platforms, working across mobile, full-stack delivery and AI-assisted development. The through line is the same: design the thing properly, then build it properly.
